If, despite our high quality standards, you have a problem with one of our tools, please contact us! We will repair your tool as quickly and cheaply as possible. On request, a repair estimate will be prepared before the repair. The disposal of your old device can be done free of charge and environmentally friendly.

Important transport information:
Defective Li-ion batteries may no longer be shipped and must be disposed of properly on site. The delivery must be made at recycling centers or in battery collection containers.
For fault diagnosis, a complete or partial disassembly of the device may be required. By placing your order, you agree to this disassembly.
If no repair order is placed, the original condition will not be restored; the device may be returned disassembled and/or non-functional.
A flat rate of €30 applies for diagnosis and testing.
