We are pleased to announce that Emerson has completed the acquisition of Textron's tool and testing business. 

As you are already aware, the Tools & Test Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of tools, connection technology and measuring instruments - with brands such as KLAUKE and GREENLEE.

This acquisition expands Emerson's presence in many markets and in the electrical engineering and plumbing/heating sectors - an important segment for our professional tools business. This will complement Emerson's leading brand, RIDGID, while expanding our geographic presence.
