The new K82s - More precision through simplified operation

Klauke users already know that with the tried and tested K82A and K82T Insulating sleeves of up to 6 mm² can be crimped with 33% less force. Thanks to its modern lever mechanism, operation has also been easy up to now. The crimping process is further supported by the reduced opening width and the design of the handle, which is easy on the joints.

The new locator allows for intuitive operation

In future, the operation of the K82A and K82T will be rounded off by a new locator. A small guide rail holds the insulated cable lugs in position and prevents the copper conductor from passing through.

The locator effortlessly adapts to the individual working methods of its users. The locator forks, which fix the connectors from above and below, can be moved flexibly and therefore allow a frontal or alternatively a lateral insertion. This intuitively operable contact establishment enables faster and, at the same time, more precise crimp connections.

Of course, what has not changed is the weight of 530 g and the length of just 225 mm. This means that these lightweight tools will continue to fit in any toolbox in the future.
