Klauke Review of the Year 2023

We have reviewed the year 2023 once again. Below is an overview of past events, campaigns and new products from Klauke.
One product highlight was the new inserts for the electromechanical universal tool Klauke Micro. With the new crimping inserts for wire end ferrules, cross-sections of 0.5 - 6 mm², 10 - 25 mm² and 35 - 50 mm² can be crimped. The crimping insert for twin wire end ferrules 2 x 6 - 2 x 16 mm² has also been added. However, the Klauke Micro can not only be used for crimping, but now also for cutting knotted chains, multi-stranded round conductors, e.g. to EN 60228 class 2, copper bars up to 3 mm x 10 mm, steel cables and similar materials up to 3 mm. All this is possible with the new S502 cutting insert. The new inserts are all compatible with the Klauke Micro and can be easily exchanged.
After the last test campaign for the EKWF120ML and EK30IDML pressing tools was so well received on Instagram, we have also launched a test campaign for the new inserts for the Klauke Micro. Interested parties were able to apply for the campaign throughout December. The new testers will be selected in January.
We are already looking forward to major product innovations in 2024 - stay tuned!
In 2023, we once again exhibited at numerous trade fairs. These included the Sonepar Partner Meeting in Graz, Austria, and Bochum, ISH Dresden, Adalbert Zajadacz Planet Wissen in Hamburg, Rexel Messe Wels, Austria, Sonepar Move in Berlin, the Elektro Forum in Kloten, Switzerland, and many more. In 2023, the Klauke Mobile was again on the road in France in various regions and was again very well attended. The program also included many product training sessions at the customer's premises and online.
In August, 13 apprentices started their training at Klauke. We are training in the following professions:

- Machine and plant operator
- Electronics technician for industrial engineering
- Mechatronics technician
- Industrial mechanic in maintenance (dual study program)
- Tool mechanic for punching technology
- Cutting machine operator
- Production technologists
- Warehouse specialists
