• to lower costs,

The requirements for collaboration are:

• quality,
• adherence to deadlines,
• competitive prices,
• offer excellent service, and
• advanced notice of problems.

Your performance will be regularly reviewed by the Purchasing Department at Gustav Klauke GmbH.

Adherence to deadlines
In order for us to reliably offer services, Gustav Klauke GmbH needs deliveries to be delivered precisely on the deadline indicated in the order. Packaging and/or shipping instructions must be followed. If it is foreseeable that you will not be able to hold the requested deadline, you must immediately inform Gustav Klauke GmbH Purchasing. The reasons leading to the delay must be investigated and redressed. In emergencies, every effort needs to be made to shorten the normal time it takes to make the delivery.

Competition
If the competition offers Gustav Klauke GmbH Purchasing better prices for important, high-sales products, the existing suppliers will be given the opportunity to review their prices.
