Safety in series: The mechanical crimping tool series K90MC for photo-voltaic applications

Apart from the complete K907MC set for a professional assembly of multi-contact connector systems for solar energy plants Klauke offers with the series K90MC also individual crimping tools. The assortment comprises three crimping tools with parallel guided crimping dies all convincing with high quality workmanship and exceptional first class performance. The handy crimping tools of 270 mm length and a weight of 735 g feature the Klauke typical precise drive, unlockable ratchet mechanism and a precision stop.  The ergonomically designed non slip handle facilitate thanks to an optimized power gear ratio an easy and safe operation.

Model K 90 MC3 2 for the multi-contact-connector system MC3 covers a crimping range from 2.5 mm up to 6 mm². Model K 90 MC4 1 is designed for the multi-contact-connector system MC4 and allows processing of cross sections from 1.5 mm² up to 4 mm². Finally the crimping tool K 90 MC4 2 has a capacity to produce crimps from 2.5 mm² up to 6 mm² for the multi-contact-connector system MC4.
